Stress is well stressful. defines stress as the physical pressure, pull, or other force exerted on one thing by another; strain.   With all the stress that you are under in school, work, or in sports you need to find time in your day to just relax.  Take a break.  Clear your mind.  And be by yourself.

Here are a few ideas you can do at home to relax:

  1. Take a nap.
  2. Read a book.
  3. Go for a run
  4. Listen to music.
  5. Get a relaxation app on your phone       *I recommend the app Take a Break*
  6. Take a warm shower.
  7. Go outside.
  8. Watch T.V.
  9. Go for a swim.
  10. Clean.                                                      *I relax best when I clean*
  11. Go to bed early.
  12. Eat healthy.
  13. Make time for yourself
